Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop mail management tool, which will grant you absolute control over your email mailbox accounts and newsletters. With this easy-to-handle interface, you can create a brand new email account in no time and administer its settings with ease. Furthermore, you can forward e-mails from one email mailbox to another, activate mail filters, create auto-response messages and guard your e-mailboxes against spam mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can defend all your email box accounts against unsolicited bulk mail messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unasked-for mails will find their way into your email box. Your email messages will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether a message flagged as spam should be deleted or redirected to a given email account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are excellent for filtering your incoming messages on the basis of specific rules defined by you. Creating email filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your email filter will be created and will go into effect instantaneously. You can easily set up an e-mail filter for any of your e-mail accounts and modify the filtering criteria according to your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming messages from one email box to another, or even to several other email box accounts. Just choose the e-mail box account you want to forward electronic mail messages from, then choose the target e-mail box and indicate if you wish to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can easily configure the email client of your preference to access your email mailbox accounts. Simply navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the email mailbox account you would like to set up on your personal computer or mobile device and click on the email client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new email mailbox will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager interface, managing multiple email mailbox accounts simultaneously is child's play. The Email Manager user interface will also enable you to quickly set up an auto-response message - enter the message you want people to view and our system will take care of the rest. And if you wish to configure a catch-all email box - you can accomplish that with a simple click on the Catch-all icon.
