Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing email management solution, which will grant you complete command over your email mailboxes and mail campaigns. With this easy-to-use graphical user interface, you can set up a brand new e-mailbox account in no time and manage its settings easily. What's more, you can redirect mails from one email mailbox to another, finetune mail filters, set up autoresponders and secure your email mailbox accounts against unsolicited bulk electronic mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can shield all your e-mail boxes against spam emails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unrequested e-mail messages will find their way into your mailbox. Your electronic mails will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether an electronic mail message blacklisted as spam should be erased or forwarded to a specific email box.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are excellent for filtering your incoming e-mail messages according to specific rules set by you. Setting up email filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your email filter will be created and will take effect immediately. You can quickly set up an e-mail filter for any of your mailbox accounts and specify the e-mail filtering criteria as per your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming e-mails from one electronic mail account to another, or even to a number of other email accounts. Simply select the e-mailbox you would like to redirect mails from, then specify the destination email mailbox and indicate if you would like to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can easily set up the e-mail client of your liking to access your e-mailbox accounts. Simply go to the Auto-Config column next to the mailbox you would like to set up on your desktop computer or mobile phone and click on the electronic mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new e-mailbox account will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager interface, working with multiple e-mail accounts at the same time is a piece of cake. The Email Manager interface will also allow you to easily create an auto-reply message - enter the message you would like people to notice and our system will handle the rest. And if you wish to set up a catch-all email mailbox - you can do that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
